7. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be exclusively heard in federal or state courts in Texas. You must commence any claim related to this Agreement within one (1) year of its occurrence, or it is permanently barred. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. PasivFlow.com may assign its rights under this Agreement at any time without notice.
8. FTC Compliance Notice.
PasivFlow.com adheres to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements, testimonials, and advertising practices.
